“WISC has created a space for sharing, learning, and empowering everyone. I would encourage everyone to come to an event and experience this."

Purpose
The purpose of the Women in Supply Chain Association is to strengthen Canada's supply chain ecosystem by connecting people, businesses, education, and partners to improve participation, understanding, and long-term economic resilience.
Supply chains touch every aspect of daily life and economic activity, yet they are often poorly understood, fragmented by sector, and disconnected from workforce and community realities. WISC exists to close this gap by creating a national platform where individuals and organizations can better understand how supply chains function, where opportunities exist, and how collaboration improves outcomes for people, businesses, and communities.
WISC's purpose is not to replace or compete with existing training, certification, or consulting organizations. Instead, the Association focuses on connection, visibility, and translation, helping participants navigate complex systems and access existing programs, resources, and expertise.
Vision
Women in Supply Chain is Canada's national platform connecting people, businesses, and communities to strengthen supply chain participation, capability, and resilience across local, regional, national, and global systems.
Mission
To convene individuals, small and medium-sized enterprises, industry, education, and government to build understanding, participation, and readiness across Canada's supply chain through collaboration, insight, and accessible pathways.
